Mojikaki

Mojikaki Privacy Policy

This is an English translation of the privacy policy of もじかき (Mojikaki). The app's own policy is the Japanese one, shown in the app; if the two differ, the Japanese policy prevails.

So that children can use it with peace of mind, もじかき (Mojikaki, "the App") uses no account registration, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind.

Information Kept on the Device

Your child's name, age and color, the pictures of the characters they write, their medals and words, and the App's settings are kept only on this device. The App never sends them outside it. When a child is deleted, that child's name, age and color, pictures, medals and words are deleted, including the reduced pictures made for the album. Settings such as voice and sound effects belong to the device: they remain when a child is deleted, and are deleted when the App is deleted. If backups of the device are turned on (such as iCloud Backup), this information may be included in them by iOS.

In-App Purchase

The purchase that unlocks all the characters, and its restore, go through the App Store; Apple handles the payment and the record of the purchase. The App only checks on this device whether the purchase was made, and sends no information about it anywhere.

About Children

The App does not collect personal information from children. The screens children use have no advertising, no links to outside sites and no purchase prompts. Purchases, settings and outside web pages are only reached through a check for parents (Face ID or Touch ID, or a multiplication question). The Face ID or Touch ID check is made by iOS: the App only learns whether it succeeded.

Contact

For questions about this policy, please contact us through the support link on the App's page in the App Store. If this policy changes, we will let you know through an update of the App.
